Return & Replacement Policy

At NOBO, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver every item in perfect condition, we understand that mistakes or damage can occasionally happen. That’s why we offer a simple, transparent Return & Replacement Policy to ensure your trust remains strong.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we’re here to make it right — either through a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and your preference.


Eligibility Criteria for Return or Replacement

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The product must not be tampered with or show signs of damage from improper handling.

  • If your order included a free gift or promotional item, it must also be returned along with the main item.

  • The product must pass our internal inspection process to confirm eligibility.


Valid Reasons for Return or Replacement

We accept returns/replacements under the following circumstances:

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Product does not match the description

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Wrong size (Only if the size received does not match the one mentioned in the invoice)

  • Color mismatch

  • Incorrect design or placement (e.g., front/back misprint or wrong print)

Please note: If the size or color received matches the invoice but doesn’t fit your preference, this will not be eligible for return.


How to Return

  1. Email us at support@nobo.com.bd within 3 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product received, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return or pickup process.

  4. Once the product reaches us, we will conduct a quality check.

  5. If approved, your replacement will be sent, or a refund will be processed if the item is out of stock.


Refund Policy

At NOBO, we aim to keep refunds as smooth as your shopping experience.


When Will You Receive Your Refund?

  • Refunds are processed only after we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

  • If the replacement product is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

  • Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable.

  • If you paid via COD, there is no payment to refund unless you paid in advance for a return shipment.

  • For payments made via credit/debit card, mobile banking, or bank transfer, your refund will be issued to the same account or payment method.

  • Refunds due to duplicate online payments (technical error) will be processed after validation.


Refund Timeline

You can expect your refund within 7–10 business days after approval.
If you don’t receive it within this timeframe, please email us at support@nobo.com.bd, and we’ll investigate it right away.

  • Abuse of the return policy (frequent returns without valid reason) may result in restriction from future purchases.
