  • Payment Discounts: If you use a specific payment gateway discount, other discount codes cannot be applied simultaneously.


6. Pricing and Payment:

All prices listed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes. Payment can be made via various options, including Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, and Mobile Banking (e.g., bKash).

NOBO reserves the right to modify prices without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and notify you.

7. Shipping and Delivery:

We offer delivery to locations within Bangladesh. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, NOBO is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, logistical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Returns and Replacements:

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can return the product within 3 days from the delivery date, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The packaging is intact and unopened.
  • The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned items will be checked, and if the reason for return is valid (e.g., damaged goods, incorrect product), we will either replace the item or offer a refund.

Please note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

9. Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. If your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item once it’s delivered. For COD orders, no payment has been made, so cancellation does not involve any refund.
