By accessing or using www.nobo.com.bd, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or using the platform under the supervision of a legal guardian.

• By using NOBO, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Bangladeshi law.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Accepted payment methods include online payment gateways, mobile financial services, or Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• NOBO reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities at its discretion, including suspected fraud or bulk resale.

• Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch; cancellation after dispatch may not be accepted.

6. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or logistical constraints.

• NOBO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

7. Electronic Gadgets – Special Conditions

• Electronic products may come with manufacturer or brand warranties only.

• NOBO does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated.

• Warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse, water damage, unauthorized repair, or physical impact.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and refunds are governed strictly by the NOBO Refund & Return Policy.

• Certain items (e.g., electronics, innerwear, discounted items) may be non-returnable.

• NOBO reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving refunds or exchanges.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities

• Upload harmful code, malware, or spam

• Interfere with the platform’s security or operations

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

NOBO (“আমরা”, “আমাদের”) একটি অনলাইন মাল্টি-ক্যাটাগরি লাইফস্টাইল ই-কমার্স প্ল্যাটফর্ম, যা বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হয়। NOBO-এর মাধ্যমে ফ্যাশন, ফুটওয়্যার, লাইফস্টাইল পণ্য এবং ইলেকট্রনিক গ্যাজেট বিক্রি করা হয়।

আপনি যখন www.nobo.com.bd ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ করেন, কোনো অর্ডার করেন বা আমাদের যেকোনো সেবা ব্যবহার করেন, তখন আপনি নিচে উল্লেখিত শর্তাবলিতে আইনগতভাবে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আপনি যদি এই শর্তাবলিতে সম্মত না হন, অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করবেন না।

১. যোগ্যতা (Eligibility)

• NOBO ব্যবহারের জন্য আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে অথবা আইনগত অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে থাকতে হবে।

• NOBO ব্যবহার করে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনি বাংলাদেশের আইনে একটি বৈধ চুক্তিতে প্রবেশ করার সক্ষমতা রাখেন।

২. অ্যাকাউন্ট নিবন্ধন

• কিছু সেবা ব্যবহারের জন্য অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করা প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

• আপনি সঠিক, সম্পূর্ণ ও হালনাগাদ তথ্য প্রদান করতে বাধ্য।

• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের ইউজারনেম ও পাসওয়ার্ডের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করা সম্পূর্ণ আপনার দায়িত্ব।

• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অননুমোদিত ব্যবহারের জন্য NOBO দায়ী থাকবে না।

৩. পণ্য ও সেবা

• NOBO পোশাক, জুতা, লাইফস্টাইল পণ্য এবং ইলেকট্রনিক গ্যাজেট বিক্রি করে।

• পণ্যের ছবি কেবল প্রদর্শনের উদ্দেশ্যে; রঙ, ডিজাইন বা প্যাকেজিংয়ে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।

• পণ্যের স্টক ও প্রাপ্যতা যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

৪. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট

• সকল পণ্যের মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-এ নির্ধারিত।

• অফার, প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি বা বাজার পরিস্থিতির কারণে মূল্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।

• ভুল মূল্য বা পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত অসঙ্গতির ক্ষেত্রে NOBO অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

• গ্রহণযোগ্য পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি: অনলাইন পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে, মোবাইল ফিন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস অথবা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে)।

৫. অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও বাতিল

• অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন মানেই অর্ডার চূড়ান্তভাবে গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে—এমনটি নয়।

• প্রতারণা, সন্দেহজনক কার্যক্রম বা বাল্ক রিসেল সন্দেহ হলে NOBO অর্ডার বাতিল বা সীমিত করার অধিকার রাখে।

• ডেলিভারির আগে অর্ডার বাতিলের অনুরোধ করা যেতে পারে; ডেলিভারির পর বাতিল নাও হতে পারে।

৬. ডেলিভারি ও শিপিং

• ডেলিভারির সময়সূচি আনুমানিক এবং এলাকা, আবহাওয়া বা লজিস্টিক কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

• কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতিজনিত বিলম্বের জন্য NOBO দায়ী নয়।

• সফলভাবে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর পণ্যের ঝুঁকি গ্রাহকের উপর বর্তায়।

৭. ইলেকট্রনিক গ্যাজেট – বিশেষ শর্ত

• ইলেকট্রনিক পণ্যে প্রযোজ্য ওয়ারেন্টি (যদি থাকে) সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্র্যান্ড বা ম্যানুফ্যাকচারারের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী কার্যকর হবে।

• NOBO আলাদাভাবে কোনো অতিরিক্ত ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করে না (যদি স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকে)।

• ভুল ব্যবহার, পানি লাগা, অননুমোদিত সার্ভিসিং বা শারীরিক ক্ষতির ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হবে।

৮. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

• রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত সকল বিষয় NOBO Refund & Return Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।

• কিছু পণ্য (যেমন: ইলেকট্রনিকস, ইনারওয়্যার, ডিসকাউন্টেড আইটেম) রিটার্নযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।

• রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জের আগে NOBO পণ্য যাচাই করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৯. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ

আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে আপনি:

• কোনো অবৈধ বা প্রতারণামূলক কাজে প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করবেন না

• ভাইরাস, ম্যালওয়্যার বা ক্ষতিকর কোড আপলোড করবেন না

• মিথ্যা পরিচয় ব্যবহার করবেন না

• ওয়েবসাইটের নিরাপত্তা বা কার্যক্রমে বিঘ্ন ঘটাবেন না

শর্ত লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।

১০. মেধাস্বত্ব (Intellectual Property)

• NOBO-এর লোগো, কনটেন্ট, ছবি, ডিজাইন, সফটওয়্যার ও ট্রেডমার্ক সম্পূর্ণভাবে NOBO-এর মালিকানাধীন।

• অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো ধরনের ব্যবহার, কপি বা বিতরণ আইনত দণ্ডনীয়।

১১. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

• পরোক্ষ বা আনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতির জন্য NOBO দায়ী থাকবে না।

• সর্বোচ্চ দায় পণ্যের ক্রয়মূল্যের বেশি হবে না।

• তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা ব্যর্থতার জন্য (কুরিয়ার, পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ইত্যাদি) NOBO দায়ী নয়।

১২. গোপনীয়তা

• ব্যবহারকারীর তথ্য NOBO Privacy Policy অনুযায়ী সংরক্ষণ ও ব্যবহার করা হয়।

• NOBO ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি তথ্য ব্যবহারে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।

১৩. ফোর্স মাজিউর

প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, সরকারি সিদ্ধান্ত, ইন্টারনেট সমস্যা বা নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা যেকোনো ঘটনার জন্য NOBO দায়ী থাকবে না।

১৪. শর্ত পরিবর্তন

• NOBO যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তনের অধিকার রাখে।

• পরিবর্তনের পর ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে সেটি আপনার সম্মতি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।

১৫. আইন ও বিচারব্যবস্থা

• এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।

• যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতের আওতাধীন হবে।
